This listing is for a PRINT, UNFRAMED, of an original artwork featuring pressed plant material. A collection of elegant California Poppies (eschscholzia californica) is reproduced from a high-resolution scan on high quality, 100% cotton rag paper. The plant material was gathered in my garden and pressed by hand using a variety of processes in order to create this artwork, which originally measured 5x7". It was scanned to capture all of the lifelike detail and is available printed in its original size or as a larger-than-life print at 8x10" or 11x14".

California poppy is native to the United States and Mexico and is the state flower of California.

This print is the perfect way to bring a bit of the summer meadow indoors year-round, without having the hassle of caring for a living plant! Display with other ferns or flowers for a botanical gallery wall.
